With over 1,000 advisors, registered reps, traders, sales associates and corporate staff, the bank operates through various subsidiaries.



The bank needed to standardize their business processes and implement consistent, scalable systems to support their customer relationship management and branch activities. They selected a pilot group of their top branches to drive adoption and ensure success during the initial launch. The bank’s management team established a seven-month plan to stand up enterprise-ready systems to support these goals.



The institution required an enterprise solution that was highly flexible and directly addressed their greatest need to consolidate their business processes and provide much-needed visibility into branch level operations and results. OSI Digital recommended and implemented all of the major functionality natively available on the Salesforce platform to facilitate a smooth and easy transition. Financial Services Cloud, Case Management, Lead Tracking, Householding and robust reporting are all Salesforce native products which were configured and interconnected to provide a seamless experience to the customer. OSI leveraged Dell Boomi for integration needs. Dell Boomi helped move data between the Operational Data Store (ODS) and its partners on a scheduled basis.

  • OSI supported the bank's management of the project schedule and interdependent critical paths which resulted in a completed system design. As a result, OSI helped the customer successfully meet its goal of systems enablement within the project timeframe of five months.
