Understand Your AI Readiness
A facilitated working session with OSI Digital’s advisory practice that establishes where your organization actually stands on AI across strategy, data, technology, talent, governance, and value, and what stands between you and where you intend to be. The outcome is a board-ready readout, delivered in person within five business days.
The Value of Expert Facilitation
Uncover Hidden Gaps, Align Stakeholders & Build an Executable Roadmap
Any AI tool will happily grade your organization on a questionnaire. What it can’t do is sit your COO and your CIO in the same room and surface the gap between their two answers to the same question, which, in our experience, is where the real finding usually lives.
The assessment is a structured conversation, run by people who have taken enterprises from pilot to production, scored against a consistent maturity model we apply across every organization we assess. Your result isn’t an opinion. It’s a position on a ladder that dozens of your peers have been measured against, with the anecdotes, hesitations, and contradictions from the room informing every recommendation.

The Deliverable
Build Your Roadmap for AI Success
- Your maturity position: Where you stand today across six dimensions on a five-level model and the measured gap to where your own leadership says you want to be in 18–24 months.
- The three gaps that matter: Not a laundry list. The specific gaps that block the outcomes you named, in plain language, with the reason each one matters now.
- A defensible use-case shortlist: Three to five AI use cases drawn from your actual pain points, positioned by business value and by feasibility given your data and governance as they are, not as a vendor wishes they were.
- A 90-day starting plan: Three concrete moves, each valuable on its own, each executable by your team, with us or without us.
The Process
A Structured Process. Actionable Results.
-
A 90-minute working session
Your business leader and your technology or data leader, with an OSI facilitator. A structured conversation, not a survey. No preparation required from your side, the candor is the input. -
Analysis against the model
Your answers are scored on the same five-level maturity model we apply to every organization we assess, so your position is comparable and defensible, the kind of number you can put in front of a board. -
A 45-minute executive readout
Within five business days, we walk your leadership through the findings and hand over the report. It’s yours, to act on with us, with another partner, or on your own.

The Fit
Built for Leaders Ready to Move from AI Strategy to Execution
Enterprise and mid-market leadership teams that are past “should we do AI?” and confronting “where do we start — or why did our last attempt stall?” It works whether you’ve done nothing yet or are managing a dozen disconnected pilots.
We run a limited number of assessments each quarter, the sessions are facilitated by our advisory practice, not automated, so we ask a few questions when you request one to make sure it’s the right fit for both sides.
Turn 90 minutes into your AI roadmap.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Everything you need to know before we get started
There is no fee. The assessment is how our advisory practice begins a relationship: it gives us a genuine understanding of your organization before we propose anything, and it gives you a document worth your leadership’s time regardless of what follows. We consider that a fair exchange.
You should, as a starting point; our online mini-assessment above does exactly that in three minutes. But a self-assessment reflects one person’s view of the organization. The facilitated session captures the contrast between your leaders’ views, tests answers against what peers at your stage actually experience, and produces a position you can defend in a boardroom.
Ninety minutes for the working session, forty-five for the readout. That’s all.
Ideally two people: a business leader (COO, functional head, or CEO in mid-market) and a technology or data leader. The contrast between their answers is often the most valuable finding.
No. The assessment is conversation-based. Nothing is connected, installed, or extracted.
Yes. Your answers and report are treated as confidential and are never shared or benchmarked in any identifiable form.
Bring it to the session. The assessment is grounded in what your organization can execute in the next 90 days, it tends to complement big-picture strategy work rather than repeat it.
